# Your profile

> Update your profile photo, name, phone number, translation language, and the app's appearance.

Your profile is where you manage how you appear to your team and a few personal
preferences. Open it from your avatar in the top bar, then tap **Account**.

The screen is titled **Account**, with the subtitle *Manage your profile and
information*.

## Change your profile photo

At the top of the screen is your photo. Tap it — the caption reads **Tap to
change profile photo** — and choose a new image. Your initials show as a
placeholder until you add a photo.

## Appearance

Under **Appearance** you can switch how the app looks. Choose one of three
options:

* **Light** — a light theme.
* **Dark** — a dark theme.
* **System** — follows your device's setting.

Your choice applies right away.

## Your details

Each detail sits in its own card with a short description and its own **Save**
button. Edit a field, then tap **Save** on that card to keep the change. A
**Saved** confirmation appears next to the button, and **Save** stays inactive
until you actually change something.

    Edit the **Full name** field, then tap **Save**. This is the name your
    colleagues and guests see, so it can't be left empty.

    Add or update your **Phone number** (your professional number), then tap
    **Save**. Leave it blank to remove it.

  <Step title="Translation language">
    Open the **Translation language** menu to pick the language you read in.
    Messages written in other languages are translated into this language for
    you. Choose **Auto-detect (System)** to follow your device's language, or
    pick one of: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese,
    Japanese, or Arabic. Tap **Save** to apply it.

<Note>
  Each card saves on its own, so there's no screen-wide Save or Cancel. Your
  **Appearance** choice is the exception: it applies immediately, with no Save
  button.
