# Contact us

> Reach the Superhost team from the app.

Have a question, hit a snag, or found something that doesn't look right? The
fastest way to reach the team is from the app, where your message arrives
already linked to your property:

    Tap your avatar in the top bar of the app.

  <Step title="Tap Contact support">
    Under **Support**, tap **Contact support**. Your email app opens with a
    message addressed to the Superhost team, and if you're signed in to a
    property it's already filled in so you don't have to explain who you are.

  The **Help** entry in the same menu brings you back to these guides from
  anywhere in the app.
