# Welcome to Superhost

> Run your short-stay properties from one app — reservations, guest messaging, calls, tasks, and your team, all in one place.

Superhost is the app hosts and reception teams use to run short-stay
properties. Reservations, guest and team messaging, phone calls, daily tasks,
and channel sync all live in one place and stay up to date across everyone on
your team.

These guides are task-oriented: each one walks through a real flow in the app,
step by step, using the same labels you see on screen.

## Who these guides are for

Superhost supports four roles — Owner, Manager, Receptionist, and Operator — and
the screens you see depend on your role and which properties you belong to. Where
a feature is limited to a specific role, the guide says so. If something
described here isn't visible to you, a property Owner or Manager can check your
access under [Roles & permissions](/team/roles-and-permissions).
