Open your menu

Tap your avatar in the top bar of the app.

Tap Contact support

Under Support, tap Contact support. Your email app opens with a message addressed to the Superhost team, and if you’re signed in to a property it’s already filled in so you don’t have to explain who you are.
The Help entry in the same menu brings you back to these guides from anywhere in the app.
