This walkthrough takes you from a brand-new account to a working property you can start taking reservations on.

Create your account

Open the app and tap Sign up. Enter your display name, email, and a password (at least 8 characters), or continue with Google or Apple. After signing up, confirm your email from the link we send you.Full details: Create your account.

Add your display name

The first time you sign in, the Complete your profile screen asks for a display name. This is the name your colleagues and guests see. Enter it and tap Continue.

Create a property

With no properties yet, the app sends you to the create-a-property screen. Enter the Property name and start typing the Address — choose it from the suggestions so the location details fill in automatically. Tap Continue.More options: Create a property or Join a property if a teammate invited you.

Add your units

A unit is a rentable space — a room, apartment, or villa. Open the property settings, go to Units, and tap the + to add one. Give it a code (such as A101), a name, a type, and the maximum number of guests.Step by step: Manage units.

Bring in your reservations

Reservations arrive automatically from your connected booking channels. Once you link Booking.com, Airbnb, or Vrbo, their bookings appear on the Calendar as bars on each unit’s row. Tap a booking to see its guests, stay details, and linked tasks.Connect channels: Sync your booking calendars. Then view a reservation.
