Who these guides are for

Superhost supports four roles — Owner, Manager, Receptionist, and Operator — and the screens you see depend on your role and which properties you belong to. Where a feature is limited to a specific role, the guide says so. If something described here isn’t visible to you, a property Owner or Manager can check your access under Roles & permissions.
