Your profile is where you manage how you appear to your team and a few personal preferences. Open it from your avatar in the top bar, then tap Account. The screen is titled Account, with the subtitle Manage your profile and information.

Change your profile photo

At the top of the screen is your photo. Tap it — the caption reads Tap to change profile photo — and choose a new image. Your initials show as a placeholder until you add a photo.

Appearance

Under Appearance you can switch how the app looks. Choose one of three options:
  • Light — a light theme.
  • Dark — a dark theme.
  • System — follows your device’s setting.
Your choice applies right away.

Your details

Full name

Edit the Full name field. This is the name your colleagues and guests see.

Phone number

Add or update your Phone number — your professional number.

Translation Language

Tap the Translation Language menu to pick the language you read in. Messages written in other languages are translated into this language for you. Choose Auto-detect (System) to follow your device’s language, or pick one of: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, or Arabic.

Saving your changes

When you edit anything, Cancel and Save buttons appear at the top of the screen.
  • Tap Save to keep your changes.
  • Tap Cancel to discard them and return to your previous details.
The Appearance setting applies immediately and isn’t part of the Save / Cancel buttons — those control your photo, name, phone, and translation language.
