You can delete your account yourself, from the app. Deletion is permanent — there is no undo and no grace period. Open your avatar in the top bar, tap Account, and scroll to the bottom. The Delete account panel sits below Appearance.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile — your name, phone number, and profile photo.
  • Your access to every property you belong to.
  • Your messages in your team’s internal chats.
  • The devices you’re signed in on, and their notifications.
Your team’s records of what changed — reservations, tasks, and guests — are kept, because they belong to the property rather than to you. Your name is removed from them. Your replies to guests stay in the guest’s conversation, so your colleagues and the guest don’t lose the thread. They’re shown as sent by Former team member, with no link back to you.
Deleting your account does not delete the properties you work in, or their reservations, guests, and tasks.

Delete your account

1

Open the Delete account panel

Go to Account and scroll to Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
2

Confirm

Tap Delete account. The dialog names the account it is about to delete — check that address is the one you mean — then type permanently delete to confirm. This is the same whether you sign in with a password, with Apple, or with Google.
3

Delete

Tap Delete account again. You’re signed out and returned to the sign-in screen, and the app’s data is cleared from your device.

If you’re the only owner of a property

The panel tells you when you can’t delete your account yet, and names the properties involved. A property always needs an owner, so if you’re the only one, choose either:
  • Hand it over — make another team member an Owner from Staff. See Roles and permissions.
  • Close it down — delete the property from its settings, which also ends its billing.
Once neither applies, the Delete account button comes back.
