Billing is where you start a property’s subscription and manage it once it’s active. Pricing is per unit, so your bill follows the number of units in the property.
Billing is owner-only. The Billing row appears in property settings only for Owners; other roles don’t see it. See Roles & permissions.

Open billing

Open your property settings and tap Billing. The screen shows your current subscription, or an invitation to subscribe if the property isn’t subscribed yet.

How pricing works

A subscription costs 30 € per unit per month, billed to the number of units in the property. Adding or removing a unit updates your bill automatically — you don’t need to change anything in Billing when your unit count changes. AI features are included in the plan.
Your bill tracks the units in your property. If you add a room or remove one, the monthly amount adjusts on its own — see Manage units.

Open Billing

From property settings, tap Billing. You’ll see a Subscribe card with the per-unit price.

Start the subscription

Tap Subscribe. Superhost takes you to a secure payment page.

Enter your payment details

Add your card and confirm. When payment is set up you’re returned to the Billing screen, and the subscription becomes active.

Manage your subscription

Once you’re subscribed, the Billing screen shows a Subscription card with your current status. Tap Manage subscription to open a secure billing portal, where you can:
  • update your payment method,
  • view past invoices, and
  • cancel your subscription.

Your unit count sets your monthly bill.
