Your property has a public page that anyone can visit — no booking needed. The photos you add here are what it shows: a lead image, a gallery, and photos on each room’s page. Manage them from the property’s Photos settings.
Photos live under property settings, which are role-gated: only Managers and other users with settings access can manage them. See Roles & permissions.

Add photos

1

Open Photos

From the property settings, open Photos.
2

Add photos

Tap Add photos and pick one or more images (JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF). They upload one after another and appear in the list as they finish.
Viewing your photos works offline, but adding, reordering, describing, and removing them need a connection.

Order the photos

The first photo leads the gallery and is the one used when your page is shared as a link. Use the up and down arrows on a photo to move it earlier or later; the order you set here is the order guests see.

Choose where a photo shows

Each photo has a Shows on picker:
  • Main gallery — the property-wide gallery on the landing page.
  • A room — pick a unit, and the photo moves to that room’s page instead.

Describe a photo

Fill in a photo’s Description — for example, The terrace at dusk. It’s read aloud by screen readers and is the only text search engines get for the image, so a short, specific description helps your page reach more guests.

Remove a photo

Tap the trash icon on a photo to remove it. This also deletes the image from your public page.
Until a property has at least one photo, its public page stays out of search results. Add photos to have it listed.
