Where to find a guest
- From a reservation. Open a reservation on the Calendar and tap a guest listed on the stay. The one who made the booking is marked Booker.
- From a guest chat. Open the guest’s conversation in Chats and open their details.
What the guest details show
Alongside their name, the guest’s details bring together everything known about them:- Guest Information — phone, email, nationality, and — when known — their age or date of birth and sex.
- Identity Documents — captured passport or ID details: the document type, number, issuing country, and expiry date. This section appears once a document has been scanned (see Capturing an ID or passport).
- Upcoming Bookings and Past Bookings — the guest’s stays, split into what’s still to come and what’s already checked out. Tap a booking to open its reservation.
Edit the guest
Open the guest’s details, then tap Edit () in the toolbar to open the Edit Guest form. You can set:- First Name and Last Name
- Phone
- Nationality — chosen from a list of countries
A guest needs at least one way to be identified — a name, a phone number, or an
email. You can fill in just a phone or email if you don’t have the name yet.
Merge duplicate guests
If the same person ended up with two profiles, merge them so all their details and bookings sit on one profile.Pick the other profile
Search by name to find the profile to merge into. If the app spots a likely
duplicate, it appears at the top marked Suggested by AI. Tap the profile
you want.
Capturing an ID or passport
Identity documents aren’t typed into the guest form. To add a guest’s passport or ID details, open the reservation and use Scan ID / passport — the app reads the document and fills in the details for you. Once captured, they show up in the guest’s Identity Documents.Scan a guest ID or passport
